Introduction	I am a trial lawyer born in Texas, happily transplanted to California, where I still torment judges and represent the accused. I have been practicing law since 1985, focusing on criminal defense of all kinds: Federal/State, Felony/ Misdemeanors, violent and White Collar crime, and winning far more than losing. I also represent folks in DUI's and domestic violence, divorce/custody situations, and some personal injury and civil litigation. My three teenagers all play music (better than I do!) and go to school: college and high school. The number one rule at home and at the office is Mom Has Fun.
