Introduction	I created this blog to share my journey at Fitness Ridge (Malibu) with my family, friends and extended friends from facebook. I'll be at FR, or the "Ridge" as I like to call it, for 4 weeks - from 3/6/11 to 4/3/11. I'm going alone, however, I was fortunate enough to make a friend online (via Facebook) that will be there for the same 4 weeks!! So, that has helped alleviate some of the aloneness and fear factor.
