| Introduction | I don't know how it happened - I didn't grow up in the kitchen watching my italian grandmother lovingly mix together fresh ingredients to create food magic - I don't even have an italian grandmother - but, somehow, I've come to love food and cooking. I'm somewhat of a novice, but my passion has carried me a long way. A couple years ago, I adopted a new way of eating, inspired by Dr. Gundry's Diet Evolution and have turned my food passions towards inventing and trying yummy AND healthy recipes.
