Introduction	We are Jeff, Linda, Jacob, Ella, Ava and Noah Isom. We have been married 14+ years. Life is amazing living with your best friends. We have a wonderful life. Our miracle son Jacob is the oldest of our clan. Ella and Ava are our girls from Ghana, Africa and the caboose of family, Noah came 28 days after our girls finally came home. Life is full and soo good!
