| Introduction | I set out working in advertising but my heart has always been in food and decor. Some years ago I turned my hobby into a career and opened 'Cupcake Academy' cookery school in Johannesburg and my life changed forever. I emigrated to Israel in June 2006 with my husband and young son and daughter. 18 months later I'm a single mother to two kids and have recently opened Delicious! cookery school here in Hod Hasharon just north of Tel Aviv. Not everything has worked out the way I'd planned but I'm incredibly happy here, entirely fulfilled and delighted to have this opportunity to share my world with you. |
