Introduction	We have visited Israel about 50 times in the past 15 years and one of our favorite hobbies has been to visit kosher restaurants all over the country; after all, where else in the world can one experience such a plethora of kosher restaurants? We enjoy cooking together in the kitchen, and equally as well, enjoy a good restaurant meal with good service and excellent ambiance. We started this blog because we have been asked many times to share our experiences and to share our restaurant list. Besides the well known kosher eateries in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, we also visit places that are off the beaten track and non - touristy local eateries. We intend to review only those eateries where we have had a memorable or unique experience. Those that do not live up to our expectations will not make our list. We look forward to sharing our discoveries with you and hope that you will share those that you have found to be unique and enjoyable. Feel free to add your comments and suggestions.
