| Introduction | I've loved food since I was a toddler with my first memories in my grandmother's kitchen. Born and raised in Hawaii to Japanese parents, I had lived in California for over 10 yrs, UK for 2 yrs and Australia for 3 yrs. Went to Le Cordon Bleu London and received a Patisserie diploma and worked as a pastry chef in the San Francisco bay area.
