| Introduction | I am Sharlene Valarie Williams, scholar, aspiring teacher and mentor. I am currently enrolled at the University of Trinidad and Tobago, Corinth Campus, pursuing my Bachelor’s Degree in Education. I entered the Teaching Service in January of 2008. I have had the experience of teaching Second Year Infants and the First Standard class during my eighteen month stint at La Puerta Government Primary School. My true desire was to be able to assist in the education of the Nation's children, not only in academics but as a person of high morals and values, I wanted to be able to impart these morals on their young minds which may have long-term benefits in reducing the nation's crime situation. |
