| Introduction | Am I the only one looking for some succulent food out there…? If not, buckle up and let me introduce to you some of the mouthwatering flavors of my island, Mauritius. My name is Shika, currently studying Tourism Management. I’m a lover of all gustatory things and I’m always ready for a more delectable food adventure. I was brought up surrounded by the exceptional cooking of my gran and my mother; appreciating the huge range of flavors is something I actively seek out. I created this little corner out here in May 2020, in order to show you all the remarkable street food of Mauritius that will tantalize your taste buds.
