| Introduction | Welcome! I decided to start blogging to detail my journey back to a healthy weight. My husband, James, and I are celebrating our 8th anniversary this year, and I've been unhappy with my weight for most of our marriage. My hope is that blogging will keep me accountable and that any success I have will provide inspiration for others. |
