| Introduction | Its 2012, and am 44. I have Joint Hypermobility Syndrome, I have alot of problems that come with JHS. I thought I would start a blog, abit of a diary of sorts, about how I cope and manage my symptoms, and my life in general. Thanks for hanging around, I will try to keep it light hearted, but will explain how I deal. Tears, tablets and the odd tantram!!
