| Introduction | I am an aspiring sports nutrition writer and speaker. I have a master of science in exercise physiology and a bachelor degree in exercise science and psychology. I am a Registered Dietitian and I am certified in sports nutrition (ISSN). My husband, Karel, is a passionate bike tech and he loves his job at the Trek store in Mandarin (jacksonville) where he is the general manager. Karel is a category 1 rider for the Gearlink cycling team. I love my dog Campy and I love vegetarian cooking. |
