Introduction	My name is Anna Sempe. I have a keen interest in social issues - particularly on those concerning political governance, disability, violence against women, gambling and human rights. My current role is based in Uganda although it involves much travel around the poorest regions of East Africa. I operate in an advisory capacity to numerous African NGOs.
