| Introduction | I am currently the interim head of the Undergraduate Library at UNC-Chapel Hill. Previously, I worked as the Electronic Reference Services Librarian in the Ref Dept at Davis Library, also at Carolina. My professional interests include virtual reference services, bibliographic management utilities (RefWorks, Endnote, Zotero), maintaining access to legacy niche database products through the use of virtualization software, and providing library services to patrons with visual disabilities. |
