Introduction	I quit work in January 2009 when my husband was ill with cancer which had moved to his brain. We had a great time together before he died in August 2009. Although I miss life with him, I have a good life now, which includes volunteering with Rescue Road as vet scheduler and puppy foster mom, rocking babies at Arkansas Children's Hospital, playing piano for the folks at a few senior facilities and church involvement - all of which takes care of my mental and spiritual health and contributes to my overall enjoyment of life! I also try to care for my physical body with healthy food and exercise. The rest of the time is spent being with friends, loving on dogs, a little travel, reading, etc. It's a pretty simple life, but I am grateful for each day.
