| Introduction | This was my profile when I started this Blog as I turned 50 and lost my Job in January of 2012. I had started a weight loss journey which I continue today almost reaching 100 lbs lost since the start of 2012. I have lost my husband to cancer and moved back to OHIO to be close to my mother who is sick and needs me to be home. I am still learning to become the person that I have always wanted to be, but the set backs seem to take my breathe away at times. So how am I ever going to finish this jounrey. How strong am I. Can I keep the promises that I have made to myself and my husband. Day by Day the change and momentum builds to the life that I always wanted, but now I have to do it on my own. |
