Introduction	Thomas A. Lincoln is a graduate of Swarthmore College and New York University School of Law. In almost a decade of practice, Mr. Lincoln witnessed countless young associates (at his own firms and others around the country) wrestle with difficult career dilemmas. His mission in Always Be Billing! is to educate associates now about law-firm life, so that they do not learn too late the hard lessons about working a law firm.
