| Introduction | Dr. James McInnis completed his BBA in 1992 at Mount Saint Vincent University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. After graduating, he took a break to travel across the United States. 1997, he earned a BSc (Honors) in Biochemistry and Genetics from Dalhousie University. He continued at Dalhousie, receiving his Epidemiology Certification in 2002 and entering the Medical School in 2000. He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2004. His internship was completed at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, where he pursued Post Graduate Studies in Emergency and Family Medicine. In addition to his robust educational background, he holds several licenses and certifications, including the MCC (Licensure of Medical Council of Canada), Commissioned Rank as Sub-Lieutenant in the Royal Canadian Navy with service number D66 403 377, CCFP (Canadian College of Family Physicians), and was promoted to Lieutenant (N) in the Royal Canadian Navy. |
