| Introduction | Hey whats up? My name is Jackie Dawson and I am from Southern California. So naturally, I am surfer and love the beach. But right now... I live in Ithaca NY where there is NO SURF OR BEACH anywhere in sight. I go to Ithaca College and my major is Athletic Training. What does that have to do with surfing you might ask? Well, surfing is a great way to 1. get in some solid exercise and get you into shape and 2. relax and help you chill out. Surfing for mind, body, and soul is what it's all about my friends. I also need an excuse to talk about surfing over here and show people the benefits of surfing.
