Introduction	Hello, I am Stephany. I am a wife and mother of two beautiful teen-age daughters ages 18 and 16. I have always had problems with my weight. I am DETERMINED to get THIN in 2010. In the past I usually lose motivation after a few months. I am hoping by blogging, I will not only stay motivated, I may also learn the reasons WHY I have problems meeting this goals. Like Jillian Michaels on the Biggest Loser teaches " I need to figure out WHY I am overweight and move past it " As of right now, I don't have a clue! :)
