| Introduction | My name is Kathy Ackerman. I am a classically trained "chef" although I don't work in a restaurant. I love to tinker with recipes and have starting teaching cooking classes. I'm working parttime at an upscale coffee joint as a barista and made an excellent cappuccino. I recently read that coffee might help prevent Alzheimer's; I sure hope that's true! I'm loving my subscriptions to La Cucina Italiana and Bon Appetit and am exciting about my upcoming cheesemaking adventures. |
