| Introduction | Hello! My name is Nicci. I have been in the cosmetic in industry for over 20 years. I have been applying and teaching the application for the same amount of year,working for prestigious cosmetic houses such as MAC,BOBBI BROWN,YSL,LAURA MERCIER,DOLCE AND GABBANA,VERSACE,KIKO,IMAN PRESCRIPTIVES,ESTEE LAUDER etc..... I have managed large teams within these world class houses and have trained some of the best makeup artist in London today! I am also a graduate of London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London with a BSc (HONS)Cosmetic Science degree. I have decided to start this blog for the women of Ghana and of Africa as a whole.Since returning home it has come to my attention that there isn't really anyone out there who can give sound and knowledgeable advice to the women of Ghana! The moment I meet women the questions come one after the other.Therefore I want to create an online forum for you beautiful ladies out there to interact with me about your issues.
