IntroductionThe photo you can see is of my grandson Oliver and myself taken this year. The dark eyes etc is due to PVFS. I have had PVFS (M.E.) since February 2005. I first became ill with glandular fever, but it wasn't diagnosed until three months after with blood tests. The last month has seen me in bed unable to do much apart from sleep at times, breathe think and listen to music. It has also seen me having to write in a letter of request for a years career break. It has also called in the card that says "you are not invincible". In other words yes I've come close to thinking that this mysterious illness will be the cause of my life slipping away. Yes, you do feel that ill at times. And when the bad days come boy do they seem harder than the previous bad days and take longer to get over. Thanks to my friends from Kirks Folly who this week (Kim you are an angel) who have showered me with love, absent healing, prayers, thoughts, folly dust and parcels full of love I am today well enough to type this and have a new determination. This is my blog at how I'm going to do that walk with the llamas that I wanted to do just before I became poorly.
