| Introduction | After a decade long career in Human Resources, a twist of fate allowed me to pursue my dream of a career in nutrition. I went back to school and received a degree in Nutrition Science from Bastyr University; a pioneer in natural medicine. I live in picturesque Snoqualmie, WA with my husband, daughter, dog and cat and I thoroughly enjoy food, wine and cooking for family and friends. I strive to develop, find and share recipes that are nutrient dense, minimally processed and made from whole food ingredients whenever possible!
