Ewertz is a Florida licensed attorney, a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, an Approved Florida Department of Financial Services Insurance Mediator, and Approved Department of Business and Professional Regulations Condominium Mediator, and an Approved Court Appointed Arbitrator. She provides mediation and arbitration services in all areas of civil disputes. In addition to being a mediator, Ms. Ewertz is a Florida licensed attorney and has her own law firm, The Law Offices of Joy P. Ewertz, P.A. concentrating her practice in the areas of real estate and corporate law. Ms. Ewertz is also a Special Magistrate for the Orange County Value Adjustment Board, the Osceola County Value Adjustment Board, Citrus County Value Adjustment Board and is an alternate Special Magistrate for the Lake County Value Adjustment Board. She is also an adjunct professor for the Paralegal Studies program at Valencia Community College. |
