Introduction	I have been told I'm a passionate person and I believe that's true. I am passionate about the things that mean the most to me - just like most people. My relationship with the Lord is one I'm most passionate about. My marriage definitely falls into my passions along with my relationship with our two beautiful and gifted children. Family is something that I've always treasured since I was young. Watching your family members become ill or struggle with a disease is something that none of us would wish for. I believe though that because of all that I have found my passion! Watching my own Mother suffer with the challenges of PARKINSON'S DISEASE or my child with a FOOD ALLERGY and ADHD has brought the reality of health and wellness very close to home for me. This is why I do what I do - I'm in the Health and Wellness Industry. Here - on this blog is where I'll share information that I hope will be helpful, educational and heartfelt as I relate to you through my passion for people in my life and those I'm yet to meet!
