| Introduction | As a nurse, my job is to give hope and life to those who are hurting. To become a light and a smiling face, even in the mist of tragedy. I believe my Heavenly Father knows me and loves me. He made me who I am for a specific reason... to help others. I am a Maine Mormon and I have found my purpose. I want to share God's message of joy and love to more than my neighbors and co-workers; therefore, I have decided to go on a missions trip for my church. My assignment is to the Santiago, Chile area where I will be serving as a mission nurse specialist. This involves giving 18 months of my life to provide physical, mental, and spiritual relief to those around me. |
