| Introduction | I'm Rachel. These writings are the result of my introspection, adventures, growth, and pondering. My husband is my best friend, my rock, and my partner in crime. I am an introvert who enjoys laughter and the occasional obnoxious conversation. I am cursed with allergies to gluten, dairy, and egg: I am determined to eat real food that doesn't taste like aluminum, and I am passionate about saving the human race one food allergy discovery at a time.
