Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility. Mentally, because being able to adapt to the unexpected is a very useful trait, whereas becoming too smart would eventually make interacting with "normal" people painful and tedious. Physically, because I'd like to be able to do the splits, but have no interest in going up a pants size.
