| Introduction | I just figure that I can't be the X-factor but I can be the Ouch Fact.....I live my life living with persistent pain. This has been along side me for more than 20 years. In the last few years things have become dramatically worse and I now use mobility aids and am doing everything I can to turn my focus from where it is to a peaceful and positive focus! I have lots of days that I would rather throw this in the rubbish but on the whole, I get back up there and try again! That's it about me! |
