| Introduction | I am a BE graduate in Electronics with International Masters in Practicing Management from INSEAD, France. Currently I am working as an Indepedent Consultant-Service Strategy & Tranformation, before this I was working for for NetApp as IT Director, worked for Accenture as India IT Ops Lead & had a long stint with Wipro Technologies as GM-Global IT Infrastructure. I like teaching, fortunately as a Practitioner in the IT industry, I had the opportunity to continue my love for teaching by participating in industry forums, seminars, & internal training workshops. I have participated as a Speaker in forums like as IDC, Nasscom, BSI, QAI ITSM forum, Economic Times Panel Discussion etc. My other interests include Writing and Coaching. I also do Leadership Coaching for Academic Leaders through Mission10X, a Wipro initiative. My favourite topics in Management studies include Service Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Learning, Values & Culture and Complex Adaptive Systems. I have written papers on topics like "Art of Service Management", "India in a Multi Polar World" and "The Reflective Coach. |
