Introduction	I am a public relations professional. I read a lot.. as my job demands me to. Most of my time is consumed in travelling between office and home and office work. I eat a lot when stressed. Like everyone else going for walks is something i cant avoid when the weather is pleasant. Lately i have discovered that cooking your favorite food is the best thing you can do to make yourself happy. A feeling of self accomplishment you derive out of it when the food tastes awesome....... I like to sleep a lot... weekends are usually sleepy.. and lazy.
