| Introduction | Vegan since February 11, 2010, I eat a bountiful plant-based diet, with no meat, poultry or dairy. Since 2012, I've reincorporated sea creatures, only rarely when the system requires them. Vegan primarily for health reasons, I carefully track nutrient levels with an Integrative Medicine MD and have found the vegetable kingdom solves most problems. I am a writer and mom to two humans, two canines and one husband. |
