Introduction	My name is Amanda (Mandy to my friends) and I'm a young minded woman in my 'mid' 40s. I work full time for a children's charity in central London. I'm married to a lovely man called Andy and we live in Essex...for now. Our dream is to move to the west country and open a tea room/coffee shop where we can serve home baked treats, good coffee and a wide variety of teas, the kind of place we like to visit ourselves.
