Introduction	I taught six years of elementary school (grades K/1, 1, and 3) and loved it. But, now I'm enjoying even more my class of two -- I think this is the happiest time of my life (so far) although I feel like I always say that! :)
Interests	hiking, biking, reading, camping, taking long hot baths, watching movies and recently being a computer nerd with my blog and Facebook, and of course spending as much time with Scott and Elijah as possible
Favorite movies	Shawshank Redemption, Memento, The Usual Suspects, Amelie, The Sixth Sense and the guilty pleasures: ANY dancing movie, The Notebook, Dirty Dancing Havana Nights
Favorite music	My favorites are The Indigo Girls, Ani DiFranco, and Sarah McLachlan, but lately I've been listening to a lot of "Wheels on the Bus" and "Itsy Bitsy Spider"
Favorite books	The Harry Potter Series, The Song of Ice and Fire Series (Scott got me hooked), anything by Barbara Kinsolver or Isabel Allende, but my two recent favorites are a New Earth and The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle -- they've literally changed my life -- lowered my blood pressure, made me happier and improved my two most important relationships with Scott and Eli and maybe a few others
