| Introduction | Started training at Melbourne Yoshinkan Aikido in October 2007 after many decades of physical inertia. Now if I am not hitting the mats several times a week, I miss it. I sometimes help out in the kids Aiki class which is lots of fun and laughs but often harder than the adults class. |
