| Introduction | I am a follower of Christ. I learned music at my mother's knee (or some other joint, ha). My sister and I sang/played in public from the time I was five. As I grew, books were some of my best friends, and writing a favorite pastime--with being a horse and climbing trees. I started college in journalism, but switched to music. That is how I met Tom. We have been married 31 years. We entertained in bands, single acts, duos, and a dance band with my parents. I directed my 1st church choir at 20. A patient bunch! I was doing a single in a smokey bar when a college friend introduced me to Jesus; I gave my life to Him, and was instantly changed. It lasted! At 21 I started teaching piano and guitar; ages 4-84. I love to learn (seminars, books...), home-educated our 2 sons (#1 is in college), direct a choir, help w/2 homeschool choirs, teach 30 students, compose/arrange, write,and lead worship.
