| Introduction | When I was younger, I had a clear vision of what life would be like when I was an ancient 30 year old. And I can honestly say that now that I am 36, life looks pretty much like what I thought it would. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, we have three wonderful kids, and I have a teaching job that I love. What I didn't expect was that life throws curve balls. I didn't expect to have such a hard time creating my sweet little family. I didn't expect to be a cancer mom. I didn't expect life to just be so hard sometimes. But the truth is, I wouldn't change a thing, good or bad, that has brought right to this point in my life. I am a happy, busy, disorganized mom, and that's just how it should be. |
