Introduction	After injuries most sports are beyond me these days, but I found cycling, what a joy. Lucky enough to have some amazing friends in my life. Been peddling since July 10.Completed LEJOG in 9 days with BrokenBikers (Alex, Pete, Neil & Support crew Chris & Mark). Completed a static 24 endurance ride on a turbo May 2011. Cycled the French Alps in Sept 2011 (didn`t complete the challenge due to a back injury) Sept 2013, going to cycle as far as I can in 24 hours, to see `How far I can go` for charity.

Favorite music	Soul, classic, very much mood dependant.
