Introduction These pages are dedicated with pranaam to Bhagavan Swami Jyotirmayananda, the Sage, whose life dedicated to inspiring aspirants on the path to Enlightenment, according to the principles of Integral Yoga-Vedanta, keep transforming the lives of all who seek his dynamic and lofty message. And these pages are also dearly dedicated to Swami Lalitananda, living with the sage, who has assisted in his mission by inspiring disciples to be their best with her dynamic, tireless dedication, and through her talents to touch the hearts of all those who hear her songs of Love Divine. Her yogic experiences on the transient and illusory nature of life have been preserved in eleven books entitled "Yoga Mystic Songs for Meditation".
Interests Transformative Leadership in the context of Women´s Spirituality, Integral Yoga-Vedanta and Servant Leader studies included are what I am writing about mostly. The intentional practice of Integral Yoga in leadership: awareness of integrity in action- service, feeling and understanding to improve the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual conditions of all living beings is an extraordinary resource now discovered by neuroscience and other Western disciplines that secularize the spiritual message of Vedanta for social justice. That is good, and still, the goal of the study of Integral Yoga-Vedanta is the attainment of Enlightenment, a concept that requires profound study, and at the same time is the fountain source of inspiration of all that is good and beautiful in all religions of the world. The study of Integral Yoga-Vedanta keeps informing our views on the world complexities, illusory nature and transience of the world as we experience it. This makes it necessary for us to reach an understanding of all the different aspects and levels of experience in life in its own context for spiritual and practical purposes, simultaneously, and in ways that do not obstruct spiritual evolution. Life as a battlefield, as stated in the Gita, where the internal battles of mind(s) are worked out sometimes kind and compassionate, other times in irrational and ruthless ways, while paradoxically, as stated in the Vedas, one needs to trust the integrity of the Divine Plan, "Satyam Evam Jayate." Truth alone triumphs. These are reflections that have been inspired by the sage and beloved Guru, Sri Swami Jyotirmayananda and Swami Lalitananda.
