| Introduction | Whilst running a few nights ago I had somewhat of an epiphany. The epiphany was this - Do More in 80 days. I have had spurts of effort and phases of obsession with this idea before, but never really got to the point of actually taking on the task. However now it seems I am there and ready to work. In 80 days time I will return to the US for 1 month to get married. So for 80 days I am to endeavor to get as in shape, healthy, fit, fast, strong, slim, cut and any other synonym you can think of to describe a feeling and physique so many of us want but never get our asses in gear to reach. The plan however is slightly different than many other 10-12 week programs you will see advertised and packaged to you as a "miracle weight loss" and "instant 6-pack abs" on TV and in magazines. Interested...you should be. |
