| Introduction | No heroic tales of derring do here, just someone who was lucky enough to leave work and explore the very Victorian status of "Gentleman of Leisure". The freedom to catch up with all those projects that had been waiting for time, to visit those places on the mental ' got to see' list was finally here. Once the vague guilt of the new status had subsided (leisurely breakfasts alfresco while the world went to work!) and a basic structure implemented (you can't spend all week rereading that favorite series of novels, well you can but ......) the world, most literally is your oyster. |
