Introduction | I am a native of Lackawanna, New York. I’ve been combining my music and my lyrical skills for forty years. My sarcastic edge and sardonic wit has served my expression well. My more complex and passionate side arose as my music evolved in that direction. I have found my heart and mind are conjoined when in the pursuit of my poetry. I am the co-administrator (with Marie Elena Good) of the Poetic Bloomings blog on Blogspot. You can also occasionally find my work at the “Poetic Asides” group where I had been chosen as 2010 Poet Laureate for the April Poem-a-Day Challenge. I contribute to “Across the Lake, Eerily”, another collaboration with Marie Elena Good, a kindred spirit. I have released my first chapbook, WOOD, in May of 2011. My next project is another chapbook, I AM SANTA CLAUS, now in development. |

Never mind the turtle. Don't you think you're sure to win?
Never take the turtle for granted. Slow and steady may win the race, but also render you ineffective and not confident. Give it all you got.
