Introduction	Tracey has been involved in the outdoor industry since 1999 when she was hired by Outdoor Connection. She is currently the Vice President of Operations for Outdoor Connection. In July 2006, she became a stockholder in the company as well. Outdoor Connection has given her the opportunity to travel extensively across the States in various trade shows, hunting/fishing, conventions and business support modes. Tracey enjoys fishing, sporting clays and has recently begun pursuing big game hunting. She has caught blue marlin in Hawaii, salmon on Lake Michigan and heads every year to Florida when the bite is on. Last year she harvested her first turkey in Kansas and is now officially “hooked.” Tracey hosts woman hunting retreats each year as well and this year will head to Oklahoma with a group of ladies to hunt wild boar and catch smallmouth bass.
