| Introduction | I am a first year boomer getting ready to retire and do the things I've always wanted to do full-time. I have always had a need to do creative things and have explored much, but of course the more exploring the more curiosity and it snowballs. I need to be linked to other people who are interesting and interested in some, not necessarily all of the things I am or will be doing. I enjoy a good friendly argument-don't need to always be agreed with, but I won't argue with fools. Waste of time. Just want to share ideas about work and life with anyone who's willing to read or look at it. I have two thirty-something children and two Grandchildren. I have a sister I adore who is two years, more or less younger than myself and we talk a lot on the phone about books, politics, history etc. She is a walking encyclopedia and I try to keep up with her. I am a liberal, but I try to see the other side of things the best I can and try to find out what makes people tick. |
