| Introduction | A Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (C.A.S.), I received my degree from the California College of Ayurveda (CCA) in 2004. This California state approved school provides two years of in-depth training in Ayurveda. I am currently a member of NAMA, the National Ayurvedic Medical Association. I am devoted to nutrition, health, fitness and the body-mind connection. Also a yoga instructor, I have been practicing yoga since 1985 and finds it an ideal complement to Ayurveda. My training as a massage therapist in 1992 and formal studies in nutrition also benefit my Ayurvedic clients. A firm believer that we create our own reality, I also teach a goal setting class called “How to Make Your Dreams a Reality.” I also have a B.A. degree from the University of Hawaii. |
