Introduction	I am going through a challenging phase of life. During this phase I am practicing honoring myself fully, while balancing that with the love and time I wish to give to my loved ones, to my work, and to the responsibilities I have chosen. I need to keep practicing. It is hard. :)
Interests	Balance.
Favorite movies	V for Vendetta, A Touch of Frost Series, Awakenings, Morse, Prime Suspect, and the Cosmos series. Shows I like are Black Adder, Simpsons, The Thin Blue Line, Law n Order, House, Yes Prime Minister, Star Trek's TNG and Voyager.
Favorite music	Changes by seasons and situations.....I like these genres: the rock n roll my parents raised me on, afro cuban music, reggae, Indian ghazals, particularly stuff from Jagjit Singh, Renaissance vocal music, the flamenco guitar of Paco de Lucia, and music from American composer Philip Glass.
Favorite books	The English Teacher, by RK Narayan,anything by RK Narayan, anything by PG Wodehouse, anything by Oliver Sacks, The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, The God Delusion and The Selfish Gene, by Richard Dawkins,
