| Introduction | I am a travel and food enthusiast, loves to travel, enjoys cooking, photography and a former full time student & active part time tourist. I personally think tandoori chicken is human's best invention. The only time I cooked professionally, which is worth mentioning was with my frens from 3 different countries, cooking for a group of 100 odd scholars while I was in Hague. It may sound funny but I get really excited, buying food items, buying some fresh greens or fish is equally exciting for me as buying a new shoes or cloths...I used to love the INA market (I still do), now I really like the Godrej Nature's Basket & Le Marche but also love my neighborhood weekly tuesday market. I can spend hrs in the market without getting tired. I can cook even on a hot and sweaty day, yet not complain especially when m cooking something exotic and yummy. I can travel anywhere in the world, if those places excites me enough. Anthony Bourdain is my idol and I just love the way Kylie Kwong cooks. I wish I could spend my life cooking, travelling and exploring the world in the same order. And the most important my husband absolutely loves my cooking and he cooks very well too :) |
