| Introduction | 15 years of professional experience with 20+ clients and 30+ salesforce project development and management across the world's different geographical areas(APAC, EMEA, AMER) in Life Science, Communication media, Pharma, and Technology. Currently managing the portfolio of life sciences projects and playing the role of salesforce technical architect for some major accounts and as a center head ( having 45+ FTE) focused on continuous growth and responsible for a smooth delivery, CoE initiative, Academy initiative. Specialization in salesforce/force platform along with various cloud technologies that help to understand the business architecture, solution design, and quickly identify the problem area that reduces the risk and increases the success rate of any project. Good leadership quality helps to keep people motivate and inspire along with technology. Interested in learning advance technology and working with CoE on AI/IoT to solve the life science technical services and logistics issues, lead one of the initiatives to build the prototype using IoT devices, Salesforce IoT Cloud. |
