| Introduction | I have just begun the hobby of mead making. I am an amateur mazer and am unlikely to ever start a proper meadery as a business. But, I feel that everything deserves to have a name and so I have decided to name the mead I make Dove & Raven. These two birds are important symbols to me. They are symbols of opposites, the black and white ends of the worlds spectrum. I'm not a shades of grey kind of person but rather a balanced mixture of the extremes, and I feel this is reflected in the things I do. |
